Julia Shevtsova
Artist of the group of the first small domras

She was born in Kamchatka, in the city of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, into a musical family. She graduated from Kamchatka College of Arts in the domra class of Natalia Aleksandrovna Lebedeva in 2020 with honors. She is currently pursuing his education under associate professor Anastasia Fedoseenko at the St. Petersburg State Conservatory named after N.A. Rimsky-Korsakov.

Yulia Shevtsova is a laureate and winner of the Grand Prix of many All-Russian and International competitions and festivals. Silver medalist of the XVII Youth Delphic Games of Russia. She is a recipient of a grant from the President of the Russian Federation.

Yulia performs both solo and in ensembles at a variety of St. Petersburg performance venues as part of her active creative and musical endeavors. As a soloist, she took part in the premiere performance of the cantata «The Tale of Kozma Minin and the City of Nizhny Novgorod» by A. Tanonov and S. Ekimov as part of the International Conservatory Week. As the leader of the conservatory's student council's concert department, she works with young musicians from St. Petersburg to plan concerts and carry out artistic endeavors.

Since 2023, she has been an artist of the first small domras group of the Andreevsky Orchestra and a soloist of the group.
